Sri C.V. Ramanappa Memorial M.P.H.A [M] Training Institute, managed by the Sri Adi Siva Sadguru Educational Society, Guntakal, is recognized by the Andhra Pradesh State Allied and Health Care Professions Council (APSAHPC). The MPHA (Male) course — Multipurpose Health Assistant — is a paramedical program aimed at public health services. Students are trained in diagnostics, preventive medicine, patient care and are prepared to support doctors and nurses. Training is offered at both Certificate and Diploma levels.

Eligibility
Applicants must have passed 10+2 / Intermediate in any stream.
Admission Procedure
Applications can be obtained from the Principal's office:
- ₹300 (in person)
- Or by post with DD of ₹350 in favour of The Secretary of Correspondent, Sri C.V. Ramanappa Memorial M.P.H.A [M] Training Institute - Guntakal, payable at Guntakal

Selection Process
- Applications reviewed by the Selection Committee.
- Merit list prepared based on qualifying exams.
- Shortlisted candidates must attend interview (own expenses).
- Originals must be produced during interview.
- Selected candidates must immediately pay admission fees.
Fees Particulars
- As per University & AP Govt. regulations.
- Mess & Hostel charges subject to revision with inflation.
- Monthly fees to be paid before the 10th of every month.
- No refund if a student discontinues mid-course.
Uniform & Books
Students must purchase the prescribed uniforms and books at their own expense.
Attendance
Mandatory: 75% Theory and 100% Practical to be eligible for exams.
